Hi, I’m Veronika. The simplest way to begin is to call, email, or message me by text or Whatsapp.
If you’re thinking about starting therapy, it helps to know a little about you and what is bringing you here. A couple of sentences is plenty. For couples, a brief note about both of you is welcome. There is no need to explain everything in writing, we can do that together.

We have a brief call
I will usually suggest a short initial phone call so we can speak before deciding whether to meet. You can also book this directly if you prefer. There is no pressure to commit.

Online across the United Kingdom and internationally, for English-speaking and German-speaking clients.
I usually reply within 24 hours on working days. Messages sent over a weekend or bank holiday are answered on the next working day.
I read your note, reply by email, and usually suggest an initial phone call so we can speak briefly before deciding whether to meet. The call is free and lasts up to fifteen minutes. There is no pressure to commit to anything afterwards.
Ja, gerne. I work fluently in both English and German. You can write to me in either language and we can have sessions in whichever you prefer. There is also a dedicated German-language page.
