It can be hard to know where to start. Maybe you don’t know yet whether therapy is the right way forward for you at this time. What to expect?
If this is your first time to therapy, it is natural to feel tentative or nervous and be unsure about what to expect. Sometimes a brief phone chat can help answer some initial questions.
