An overall excellent few weeks and would recommend to anyone. Made to feel comfortable and part of a lovely group. Well supported. Veronika was very approachable, explained things clearly and was very understanding. A lovely energy around her. I was surprised how easy I found it to speak openly about things in a group that I have not spoken about before – very special!
I will definitely recommend this course and try to dive myself into the subject even deeper. I set out to learn how to meditate and reduce my stress level, and to become a better listener. I am please to have achieved this I was surprised to discover my ability to relax and meditate now. I thought I would never be able to do it.
